Inventory compilation

Our inventories are created to exacting standards using true voice dictation methods.  Recent studies have proved that an inventory produced using this method contains more than 200% more detail and description than an inventory prepared using inferior electronic dictation systems.

Tenant Check-in

During the check in we agree property condition with the tenant and produce instant reports which are uploaded to tenant and agent within seconds. However, unlike many of our competitors, we also include tenants advise and guidance as a a standard part of the check in procedure. Our statistics show that this has dramatically reduced the number of problems encountered at the checkout.

Checkout

A fine eye for detail coupled with our industry knowledge ensures we produce a thoroughly detailed report that is both fair and accurate.  The use of high quality photography is frequently included within the report to help illustrate any issues seen.

Software

Our sister company 'Fastclerk Ltd' have produced an excellent range of software suites for use by lettings agents and inventory clerks.  We can also produce bespoke applications on request.
