Need some help with booking?

I forgot my login password...

 Click the 'forgotten password' link on the Login page - Your password will be sent direct to your email address.

I am experiencing problems making a booking...

1) Select a Saxon branch (Your default is pre-selected)

2) Select appointment details - EG Checkout 2 Bed furnished.

3) Select inventory clerk (your default clerk is pre-selected)

Select preferred date and you will now see the detailed grid

4) Select an available time slot

5) Enter property Name & full property postcode

6) Provide special instructions (EG key location / alarm etc)

7) Select 'Finalize' appointment

8) Your appointment is 'awaiting confirmation'

9) Automatic confirmation is sent as soon as we confirm times
