FAQ's

Question 1:  Do you work for private clients or agents who do not hold a credit account?

Answer:  Yes, our payments are strictly PayPal invoice which must be paid at when you make your reservation.  PayPal invoices can be paid by any debit or credit card and you will automatically receive a receipt of payment.  We do not accept payment by cheque.

Question 2:  Do you charge cancellation fees?

Answer:  Not if you notify us with at least 48 hours notice.  If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice a fixed fee of £50 + VAT is charged and the balance of the advance payment is refunded. led within 48 hours of the agreed time      

Question 3:  Can you provide me with a copy of an original inventory by Saxon?   

Answer:  As long as it is still in our archives we can provide you a PDF copy which is copyright protected. We charge a flat rate of £5 per copy.

If you would like an original in editable MS word format we will remove our standard terms and corporate logo allowing you to update and edit free from copyright restriction.  We charge a flat rate of £23 per copy.

Question 4:  Can you check out a tenant using my own inventory or one produced by another company?

Answer:  Yes, but the quality of the document you provide will clearly have a bearing on our final report.

Question 5:  Can you do a check out without an inventory?

Answer:  We produce a document commonly referred to as a Schedule of Condition which provides a summary of the property as seen.  Needless to say, without an original inventory or other supporting documents we are unable to comment regarding tenant liabilities.  

Question 6:  Do you have vacancies?

Answer:  If you have already started in the inventory business and want to grow it fast, we will consider you for Saxon licence in your area.  You will benefit from our experience and class leading business systems and soon reap the rewards, as will your customers.
